Yes, this will be fun! The amazing live crew from our recent "Hess Is More - ? - Residency" at Nublu in NYC, will cross the Atlantic to play 3 free outdoor shows in Denmark.

For the first time in 7 years, we will not play any Hess Is More Shows for the Copenhagen Jazz Festival. Once again - we had such a blast last year at the Tivoli Concert Hall - thanks to you all for coming out and making it an unforgetable night!
Yet, there's a lot of music going on this week - also with some of the long time Hess Is More Live collaborators in new constellations.

How does democracy and music work together? Hess Is More decided to research this area.
Jenno, Nikolaj Hess & Mikkel Hess have collaborated for years, playing more than 100 Hess Is More live shows.
The Democracy EP is the first studio collaboration - created with a fully democratic premiss.
All three tracks co-composed, co-produced, co-performed by the dynamic trio - exposing the various personalities.
Charlotte Munck, also long time collaborator, is also in the mix, as part of the vocal crew on "Broadway Ukulele"

Residency at Nublu, NYC - every Thursday April & May 9-12 pm
"Drums drums drums"
9 Shows ? Ten Collaborators
Each Thursday night, 9 nights in total, will feature a collaboration between the live band and a non-musician guest.
The special guests are invited to react to the band and space at Nublu in whatever way they want, and to invent a holistic (or not) and fun (or not) experience for the night:
Installation, video, band costumes, a new drink menu or anything else that we cannot possibly predict, could come out of these collaborations.
We hope to create an atmosphere for the three hours of the show, that encourages people to chat, exchange, explore and hang on and out?
On that note: There will be a complimentary vodka drink included in the 10$ entry.
Also (aha - the 10th collaboration), we offer a limited edition Henrik Vibskov / Hess Is More ? necklace at the door for 30$.
This (optional) accessory allows free entry for one person on all of the following residency nights!
By the end of the residency, there will be a publication honoring each week?s special collaboration.

Claire Grube: Usually Claire works in her dream job at a local art institution (?). Luckily she has taken her Thursday nights off to join the team.
Jacob Wildschiødtz: Member of the Hess Is More crew - visual department & animal sounds - founder of multidisciplinary design studio NR2154.
